Franchisee Support Manager

Function / Department : Sales Enablement
Location : Bengaluru

Major accountabilities of position:

•  Support and guide franchisee on on-boarding process and compliance of Scoregetter.
•  Induction of franchisee as per process.
•  Responsible for development and management of franchisee centers.
•  Drive & Review franchise performance ensure achievement of revenue targets .
•  Ensure timely collection of payments from franchises.
•  Support RM in efficient coordination between Franchisee and Head Office in administrative matters which need HO attention.
•  Support conduct of center audits and review areas for improvement.
•  Ensure training of franchisee staff.
•  Identifying and acquiring new franchisee along with the regional/zonal/national team as per the market expansion plan.
•  Manpower planning of franchisee.
•  Support and participate in business development activities including institutional tie-ups with Franchisee.
•  Implementation of HO/zonal/regional campaigns at the franchise centers.

Delivery Lead

Function / Department : ACS
Location : Hyderabad

Major accountabilities of position:

Operations & Process Monitoring:

•  Monitoring and enhancing the performance of the team in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/development.
•  Operational responsibility of managing the incoming volume and taking appropriate actions (arranging for overtime etc).
•  Work load Management – managing the day to day planning, operation advisor’s team to meet required service level components and quality standards.
•  Timely reporting to communicate performance related indicators to the team and the Management.

Training & Continuous Process Improvement:

•  Implementing the quality framework to all milestones are completed within the established quality benchmarks.
•  Demonstrate strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
•  Motivate team members to support and sustain a positive work environment.

Customer Service Delivery:

•  Accountable for client satisfaction in areas of responsibility, against service level agreement and to ensure achievement of key performance indicators.
•  Handle escalations and to ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
•  Independently manage daily/weekly/monthly client reviews.

Customer Service Delivery:

•  Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements.
•  Provide coaching and feedback to team members and enable them to improve performance and meet quality norms.
•  Provide inputs on process and systems to the team members.
•  Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Conversions:

•  Track Premium and Mixed student’s conversion for partner universities.

Business Development Manager

•  Achievement of assigned revenue target from allotted accounts (schools/ colleges).
•  Centre wise, product wise profitability planning to generate business
•  Responsible for end to end account management
•  Ensure new business development and client retention
•  Plan, execute and review marketing activities encompassing ATL, BTL and promotion
•  Campaigns with maximum ROI
•  Monitor, Assess and report competition activities
•  Build strong partnership with educational institute and other business associations
•  Effectively manage marketing inventory

Assistant Business Development Manager

Admissions Advisor/Sr. Admission Advisor

Function / Department : Admissions
Location : Chennai

Major accountabilities of position:

•  Advise the registered students for all admission products.
•  To be a single point interface for admissions value chain-College Shortlisting, editing and submissions and visa.
•  Ensure students are advised on correct universities selection along with timelines of application.
•  Guide, assist and ensure students with successful completion of all key milestones of the admission Process-Shortlisting.
•  Editing, Application, Visa and post visa formalities.
•  Guide on profile building and interview preparation.
•  Ensure TATS and SLAs are adhered to etc.
•  Coordinate with Zonal ACS Team to provide seamless Services to Admission Students.

Centre Manager

Function / Department : Sales & Operations
Location : Hyderabad

Major accountabilities of position:

•  Creates preferential access for TPR products.
•  Builds professional partnerships with educational institutes in the regions.
•  Meets city profit margins.
•  Contributes to revenue generation at centers.
•  Driving team to close sales and follow up on the databases.
•  Guiding and mentoring team on closing cases and handling client relationships.

Faculty- Quants/Verba

Function / Department : Sales & Operations
Location : Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore

Major accountabilities of position:

•  Responsible for conducting training sessions as per the schedule.
•  Ensure regular student assessments.
•  Act on feedback provided.
•  Support development of the content.
•  Responsible to design additional assessment on courses.
•  Ensure appropriate use of training aids to enhance students experience and learning outcomes.
•  To be able to recommend books and materials, revising curriculum,  and recommending teaching assignments wherever appropriate.
•  Participates in student advising and registration.
•  Ensure timelines for course completion.
•  Mentoring and reporting student progress.
•  Help with counselling if need be.
